By accessing or using CreatorAds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CreatorAds provides a programmatic creator distribution platform that enables brands to distribute branded content through a network of vetted creators. Brands pay based on actual views delivered (PPV model) at rates starting at $0.20 CPM.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use our services. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. For Brands

  • You must own or have rights to the brand assets you submit
  • Content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Minimum campaign budget is $20,000
  • Payment is processed through Creem
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

5. For Creators

  • You must accurately represent your follower count and platform
  • Content must be published authentically without engagement manipulation
  • You retain rights to your existing content
  • Payment is processed based on verified published views

6. Prohibited Content

You may not distribute content that violates any law, contains hate speech, promotes illegal activities, makes misleading claims, infringes intellectual property, contains adult content, or promotes extremist political/religious views.

7. Limitation of Liability

CreatorAds is not responsible for the actual performance of distributed content. We provide analytics and reporting but do not guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to fees paid for services not rendered.

8. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
